Showing the restaurants El Rio BBQ, Moro Paraiso and the 04 Bus Stops, most of the busses stop just after Paso Ancho, every second to third will continue to Paso del Guayabo, look for the sign “Guayabo” in the front window somewhere or ask the driver. Bus fare is 7.5 pesos.
If you are walking from the last stop ‘Paseo del Guayabo’ to Moro Paraiso, it’s about one kilometre (0.62 mile) on a mostly flat stone paved road.

You can also rent a horse to take you from Paso Ancho for 150 pesos per horse per hour, contact us if you’re interested in this option.
On Sundays many locals will go up the river with their BBQ equipment (just a metal grill) and party on the banks of the river.

If you follow the road past Moro Paraíso you’ll come to the River Canopy Center.
The Rio Cuale begins in the town of El Cuale, a Colonial Silver Mining Town, at about 5,000′.

If you continue on this road, you will reach El Cuale in about 3 hours.
